Fire hits Whitney Point home

A fire broke out at a home in Whitney Point on Wednesday morning. Firefighters responded to a house on Hyde Street at around 11 a.m. Multiple fire departments, Broome County EMS and the New York State Police responded to the blaze. No further information was immediately available.
