Binghamton House Fire Ruled Accidental

Tuesday night's house fire at 48 Leroy Street in Binghamton has been ruled accidental. The fire started in a ceiling light fixture and traveled upstairs. Lights started to blink and smoke detectors were activated. The homeowner and her son were able to evacuate safely.
