Owego Man Charged With Imprisonment

Tioga County deputies report the arrest of 28-year-old Kenneth Bishop of 231 Catlin Hill Road in Owego. He was charged with unlawful imprisonment and harassment following a disturbance in the Town of Tioga. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.

Waverly Man Charged With Harassment

Tioga deputies report the recent arrest of 35-year-old Eric Shannon of 21 Circle Drive in Waverly. He was charged with harassment with physical contact following a dispute in the town of Barton. He’lll respond to the charge in court March 5th.

Spencer Woman With Endangerment

A Spencer woman has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and harassment. Those counts were leveled against 36-year-old Karie Pelto of Washburn Road. She’ll appear in court today.
