Binghamton Vandal Slashes Car Tires

Binghamton Police are investigating a vandalism complain that occurred around 6 o’clock yesterday morning.  Vehicles parked on Mather and Thorp Streets in Binghamton yesterday morning all had their tires slashed.  Police have not released any further information, the investigation is on-going.
