Tops Markets Closing 10 Stores

Tops Markets has announced the closing of ten stores in upstate New York. The South main street store in Elmira is the only closing announced in the Southern Tier. Tops filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in February. About 600 employees are affected by the closings.
