Endicott Man Charged with Purse Snatching

An Endicott man has been charged with a purse snatching robbery last December. Vestal Police have charged 28-year-old Robert Mikulski, Sr. with felony Robbery. The robbery took place in the victim’s garage. Mikulski was arraigned in Town of Vestal Court.
