Rollover Closes Route 17 At Exit 64

Route 17 westbound at Exit 64 is blocked off this morning. Just after 7 o'clock an F.S. Lopke truck overturned just before exit 64. The driver was able to get out of the vehicle and is being treated by the Owego Ambulance.
