Owego Firefighters Battle Blaze

Flames torched an Owego home Tuesday. Firefighters responded to 105 Hall Road. Photos show smoke pouring from the single story home. There were no initial reports of injuries. The cause is under investigation.  The fire rekindled Wednesday morning.

Airport Inn Destroyed By Fire

Fire Tuesday destroyed the Airport Inn in the Broome County town of Maine. Apartments over the restaurant and bar were also destroyed. Four people were displaced. Heavy equipment was brought in to dismantle the structure.
