Broome County Sergeant Retires

WEBO congratulates Sergeant Thomas Williams of the Broome County Sheriff's Office who retired on Thursday.  Sgt. Williams spent 35-years patrolling Broome County.  A career highlight for Williams included time as the school resource officer for Broome-Tioga BOCES.

Lithium Battery Factory to Open in Endicott

Lithium batteries will soon be made at Endicott’s Huron Campus. Imperium3 will begin production next year. The venture expects to create 250 jobs in the next few years. Production will utilize green technology. Hiring will begin in 2019.

Meth Lab Busted in Vestal

Red Panda Born at Binghamton Zoo
