The Binghamton Police Department welcomes K9 Spike, a two year old Belgian Malinois, to its K9 core. “Spike” is trained to locate people, articles of evidence and explosives. “Spike” “is extremely eager to begin serving the community and will be working the late night shift with his handler, Investigator Chris Bracco.
