Chemung deputies arrest Waverly man as fugitive from justice; sent to county jail


(Chemung County, NY) – Chemung County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of 33-year old, DAVID B. CHANDLER JR., of Waverly, as a Fugitive From Justice, a Class D Felony offense of the New York State Criminal Procedure Law.

CHANDLER was incarcerated at the Chemung County Jail, on separate charges, when he was found to have an active warrant out of the Bradford County Sheriff’s Office in Pennsylvania for the charges of no headlights, no rear lights, improper muffler, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, manufacture, and manufacture deliver or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver.

CHANDLER was arrested on the aforementioned charge and was arraigned in Chemung County Court where he was remanded to the Chemung County jail.
