OWEGO, NY – “Historic Railroads of the Southern Tier” exhibit at the Tioga County Historical Society is scheduled to open May 15 and run through summer until September 18. Tioga County Historical Society (TCHS) will be host to various presentations and live music during the summer, as outlined in the flyer.
