It is a springtime childhood ritual–the Easter Egg Hunt. Children race through a course gathering as many eggs as possible filled with all sorts of goodies. Maybe there is even a special egg or two with a larger prize at the end of the event. While we have had no reports of a possible appearance by the “Easter Beagle,” several organizations are anticipating a visit from the Easter Bunny during their upcoming egg hunt events. The following is a list grouped by county of area Easter egg hunts “hoppening” the weekends of April 9 and April 16.
