New York State Police at Owego have located a Tioga County man who was reported missing Monday.

Douglas S. Martin, age 30 of Nichols, was last seen wearing the shirt he is pictured in. He is a white male, with brown hair, a brown beard and blue eyes. Martin is approximately 5 foot 11 inches and about 140 pounds.
He was last seen in Nichols and was operating a Green 2005 Subaru Forester, New York license plate JHN8251 (a picture of a similar vehicle is shown). If you have seen him, please contact the New York State Police at (607) 687-3961.
