OWEGO – At their January 14, the Owego Kiwanis Club welcomed three new members: Bernie and Noreen Dolan and Carrie Kruse.
The club is currently meeting at noon Thursdays at the Ti-Ahwaga Performing Arts Center on Delphine Street.
