On December 21st, 2020 the Village of Owego Police Department responded to a reported Domestic Incident. During the investigation it was determined that Thomas E. Brady III, 35, of Owego, attempted to drown the victim.
Brady was arrested for Attempted Murder in the Second Degree, a Violent B Felony. Brady was processed and arraigned in Tioga County CAP Court. Brady is currently being held at the Tioga County jail on $200,000/$400,000 bail.
