The arctic blast continues…just like AccuWeather said. All school districts in Broome, Tioga and Bradford Counties are closed today due to the wind chill. Bainbridge-Guilford, Montrose, Oneonta, Susquehanna Career and Tech Center, and the Susquehanna Community School District…are all on a 2 hour delay. Meanwhile the National Weather Service is continuing the Wind Chill Warning for today. The “feels like” temperature could drop to 30 below zero. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin within just a few minutes.
