An Athens man is facing drug charges following a reported raid at a building in Athens Township.
According to police, 27-year-old Bartholomew Miller, Jr. has been charged with felony manufacture, deliver or possession of a controlled or counterfeit substance as well as misdemeanor intentionally possessing a controlled substance by not registering and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The Athens Township Police Department and Bradford County Drug Task Force raided a building on Route 220 in Athens Township where Miller was allegedly manufacturing, selling and storing bulk marijuana.
Miller was processed and transported to the Bradford County Jail. He is scheduled to appear in court for a preliminary hearing on August 5th.
