The 45th annual Scholarship Challenge will kick off on Saturday, Feb. 8 at the Sayre Theatre.
High school teams from Athens, Canton, Grace Christian Academy, Northeast Bradford, Sayre, Sullivan County, Towanda, Wellsboro and Wyalusing from Pennsylvania, and Elmira, Newark Valley, Notre Dame, Spencer-Van Etten, Tioga Central and Waverly from New York will compete for $5,000 in prize money and the coveted Kwasnoski Cup.
The high school competition will be held over five weeks with the finals set for March 15, while a middle school competition will take place on March 8.
Athens, Grace Christian, Northeast Bradford, Sayre, Sullivan County, Tioga, Waverly, Wellsboro and Wyalusing will compete at the middle school level.
All rounds begin at 10 am and can be heard live on all Radigan Media stations.
