Bradford County man sentenced to 11 years in federal prison for distributing meth

A 42-year-old Bradford County man has been sentenced to over a decade in federal prison for drug charges.

According to the US Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, Robert M. Lutz was sentenced to 11 years for his role in distributing crystal methamphetamine.

Lutz was involved in a drug distribution conspiracy that operated from September 2019 through February 2020. Lutz and two others participated in the distribution of meth across Bradford, Columbia and Lackawanna Counties.

The case was investigated by the FBI, who conducted controlled purchases from Lutz on at least two occasions.
