A fire destroyed a home in Sayre on Thursday afternoon.
A dryer caught fire and reportedly exploded inside a house on Bensley Street just after noon on Thursday. The fire quickly spread to the living room and kitchen, and onto the second floor of the home.
There have been no injuries reported from the incident.
Firefighters from Sayre, Athens and Waverly responded to the scene.
