The postseason kicks off this weekend for Pennsylvania High School football teams, including several from the Northern Tier League.
The top-seeded Troy Trojans will host No. 8 South Williamsport on Friday night in the District IV Class AA quarterfinals.
Towanda is the No. 2 seed and will welcome in No. 7 Bloomsburg on Friday. The game will be broadcast live on 95.3 The Bridge and the My Hometown Today app with pregame coverage beginning at 6:45.
The Athens Wildcats will make the trip to No. 1 Shamokin on Friday in the Class AAAA semifinals.
On Saturday night, the Canton Warriors will visit Muncy in the Class A semifinals.
