The Franklin Township Volunteer Fire Department opened its doors to the community Saturday for its Second Annual Open House.
Those attending were able to enjoy a free lunch and had a chance of winning a top raffle prize of a $500 gift certificate for Leona Meat Plant in Springfield Township. Other prizes included a $100 Leona gift certificate and $50 in cash.
Children were able to enjoy a variety of games, coloring books, goodie bags, and could get an up-close look at the fire trucks.
Organizers thanked the community for their support and hope to continue growing the event year after year.
