Laceyville man charged after allegedly luring minors

A Laceyville man is facing charges after he allegedly tried to lure minors to meet up with him for sex.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 19-year-old Blake Manning was arrested in October after he allegedly tried to meet up with two 14-year-old girls.

On Oct. 23, troopers were called to find two missing girls in Ulster. The victims were found unharmed.

According to police, the girls were with Manning, who allegedly admitted to meeting up with the girls to engage in sexual activities.

Police said Manning also admitted to having images of one of the girls on his phone.

Manning was arrested and remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
