A Laceyville man will spend time in state prison after he stole three different vehicles this past summer.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 18-year-old Glen D. Kithcart was sentenced to a minimum of nine months to a maximum of three years in state prison for two felony theft crimes and one misdemeanor theft crime.
He will also serve two years of probation following his release from prison.
Kithcart stole three different cars from three separate locations in Bradford County in June.
The crimes occurred in Windham Township, Wyalusing Township and Stevens Township.
