The Leraysville Pike Volunteer Fire Company is getting ready to kick off the 84th year of its Labor Day Festival Saturday.

The three-day event features live music, a car show, softball tournament, a large Chinese auction and their famous chicken barbecue.

Their Labor Day parade kicks off at 10:30 a.m.

The festival is the fire company’s biggest fundraiser of the year and plays a key role in supporting their operations.

The festival takes place at the Leraysville Pike Volunteer Fire Company grounds, located at 91 School Street in Leraysville.
