A Meshoppen resident has announced she’s running for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives.
Pamela Hemann is running as a Democrat for the 110th District, which includes a large part of Bradford County and all of Wyoming County.
Longtime Republican state representative Tina Pickett is running for re-election. She has served in the Pennsylvania House since 2001.
Pickett ran unopposed in the 2022 election.
No Democrat has ever won in the 110th District.
