A Monroeton man was killed in a car accident last week.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, the crash occurred at around 11:30 pm on Friday in Towanda.
A woman was driving a Nissan Murano south on Route 220 near Hemlock Road when she crossed into the other lane and collided with an oncoming Ford.
The driver of the Ford was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was identified as 78-year-old Boyce Northrup.
Two other people were in the Ford at the time of the crash and were taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
The woman driving the Nissan was also transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
