A New Albany man could spend up to 15 years in state prison for assaulting EMS personnel after a DUI crash in March.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 32-year-old Ryan M. Whittemore was sentenced to a minimum of 47 months to a maximum of 15 years in state prison for two felony aggravated assault charges and driving under the influence.
Whittemore fought with emergency service personnel who were taking him to the hospital for treatment after a DUI crash in Albany Township on March 25.
