A 32-year-old Nichols man will spend time in the Bradford County Jail for a burglary in 2024.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, Nicholas Whitmarsh has been sentenced to a minimum of 234 days to a maximum of 23 months and 29 days for the offense of conspiracy to commit burglary, a felony in the first degree.
Whitmarsh was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police following an investigation into a stolen John Deer Gator and other property in Pike Township.
