The Pennsylvania State Police has arrested two Bradford County people, following reports of child abuse. Two children were dropped off to 22-year-old Jakayo Frye and 22-year-old Shyann Hills for child care for a week’s time. Police allege the two children, aged 7 and 9 were severely abused. The pair has been charged with felony Aggravated Assault, unlawful restraint, false imprisonment, and endangering the welfare of a child, as well as several misdemeanors. The children were taken to Robert Packer Hospital for evaluation and treatment. The suspects remain in police custody.
