The Pennsylvania State Police have arrested a Bradford County resident, 28-year-old Jonathan Rivera, for sex crimes involving four young girls. Rivera was detained at his Sheshequin Township home on Tuesday. The crimes began in 2009. Rivera was charged with multiple felony counts. He was arraigned and remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $150,000 cash bail.
