Pennsylvania State Rep. Tina Pickett will host her annual Senior Expo this week.
The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday at the Lynch-Bustin Elementary School in Athens.
Dozens of organizations will be on hand to provide information on health care, insurance, nutrition and exercise, financial planning, fraud protection, government services, veterans benefits and more.
As part of the expo, Pickett will hold a town hall meeting in the school’s cafeteria at 11:30 a.m.
A free paper shredding service will be available from 10 a.m. to noon. There is a two-box limit per person. This is for residential shredding only.
