The 2024 Sayre Elks Hoop Shoot will be held at the Athens High School gym on Sunday, Nov. 17.
This year’s event will once again feature a basketball clinic led by local high school basketball coaches. Following the clinic, the players will be able to compete in the annual Elks Hoop Shoot.
Registration will be from 9 to 10 a.m. with the basketball clinic running from 10:15 to 11 a.m. The hoop shoot will begin at 11:30.
The Elks Hoop Shoot is free and is for kids ages 8-13. Kids must be at least 8 years old and no older than 13 as of April 1, 2025 in order to participate.
The Elks will cover travel costs through each level.
