A search party will be formed on Saturday, Aug. 10th to look for a missing Bradford County man, who hasn’t been seen in over a month.
Shane Furman was last seen exiting a moving vehicle on June 21st on Route 6 near Shores Sisters Farm Market in Wysox.
Shane was last seen wearing pants, no shirt, shoes, and a baseball cap. He did not have a phone or wallet on him.
According to his family, Shane may not be in a lucid state due to the effects of some psychiatric medication. Before exiting the vehicle, he stated “I Have to go be with God now.” He then ran into a wooded area and has not been seen since.
Those interested in helping with the search should meet at the Eastside Riverfront Park, located at 227 Old Route 6 in Towanda at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 10th.
Reach out to Find Shame Furman or Voices of the Missing and Unidentified in America on Facebook so you are added to the volunteer list.
