The three suspects in the brutal killing and dismemberment of Michael Pruitt in Springfield Township were in court on Friday.

According to WETM-TV, Ronda Parker, Terry Parker and Summer Heil were all in attendance along with their attorneys in front of Judge Jonathan Wilcox for a preliminary hearing.

Back in March, Ronda Parker and Terry Parker were charged with criminal homicide, tampering with physical evidence and abuse of a corpse for their role in the incident. Heil was charged with tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse. Bradford County District Attorney Richard Wilson added a second charge of abuse of a corpse along with a new hindering prosecution charge against Heil.

Ronda and Terry Parker are accused of luring Michael Pruitt to Ronda Parker’s Springfield Township home where Terry Parker allegedly shot him to death. Heil is accused of dismembering the body and helping the Parker’s dispose of evidence.

Judge Wilcox decided that all three will be tried on all charges after Wilson presented evidence on Friday.
