Bradford County Magisterial District Judge Jonathan Wilcox is facing more charges from the Judicial Conduct Board.

Wilcox, who was previously charged with 25 counts of misconduct back in October, is facing nine new counts for allegedly interfering with a court matter in 2024.

The previous charges stem from an inappropriate relationship with a defendant in his court.

Wilcox has served as the District Judge in Troy since 2000. He was suspended without pay in November.

If the court determines that any of the charges against Wilcox have been proven, punishment could include censure, suspension, a fine or removal from office.
