Waverly Police have arrested a fugitive from justice. 22-year-old Kevin Stedge of Towanda was wanted on numerous active arrest warrants from Towanda. The warrants included burglary, criminal trespass, criminal mischief, obstructing governmental administration, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Stedge was arrested last week at a home on Broad Street in Waverly. He was arrested without incident. Stedge was remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail pending further legal action.
