Trick-or-treat night will be held tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. in Athens, Sayre, South Waverly and Towanda.
Waverly’s trick-or-treat will be held from 6 to 7:30.
The Troy Halloween Parade will begin at 6 p.m., running from WR Croman to Taylor Street. Trick-or-treating will go from 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
