A Troy man is behind bars this morning after borough police charged him with felony and other counts. 40-year-old Roberto Molina was charged Tuesday with felony aggravated assault and lesser counts of recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and harassment. Bail was set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing will be held February 6th.
