A Waverly man could serve up to eight years in a Pennsylvania State Prison for trespassing, reckless driving and harassment.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 38-year-old Timothy L. VanHousen, Jr. was sentenced to 13 months to a maximum of eight years in state prison.
VanHousen committed the crimes in Franklin and Monroe Townships in February of 2024.
He did not show up for his initial sentencing date earlier this year. He was placed into custody in April.
Additional charges are expected against VanHousen for his failure to appear at his initial sentencing hearing.
