The Wellsboro Hornets punched their ticket to the 46th annual FCCB Scholarship Challenge finals with a pair of wins on Saturday at the Sayre Theatre.
Wellsboro took down Newark Valley in the first match of the day, while the Wyalusing Rams beat Sullivan County in the other contest.
In the final round, Wellsboro would get the win over Wyalusing to secure a spot in the Scholarship Challenge finals on Saturday, March 14.
The third qualifying round will feature teams from Towanda, Grace Christian Academy, Athens and Sayre next Saturday, Feb. 21.
All rounds begin at 10 a.m. and can be heard live on all Radigan Media stations and the My Hometown Today app.
