A Williamsport man has been sentenced to at least a decade in state prison for sexually assaulting a child in Bradford County.
According to the Bradford County District Attorney’s Office, 37-year-old Robert J. Eckard was sentenced to 10 to 30 years in state prison for the charge of felony rape of a child in the first degree.
Eckard assaulted a child who was between 12 and 14 years old at the time of the incident, which occurred in Troy back in 2022.
