One woman was killed and a Sayre man was arrested following a fatal UTV crash in Susquehanna County last month.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 55-year-old Delores Lane was killed in the accident near the intersection of Irish Hill Road and Guiton Road in Susquehanna County on July 19.
Lane was the passenger in the UTV driven by 54-year-old Sayre resident Daryl Parshall.
State police arrested Parshall at the scene and charged him with felony homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence, homicide by vehicle, DUI and other related charges.
Parshall will appear for a preliminary hearing on Sept. 22nd.
