A Wysox woman is behind bars after she allegedly tried to kill her husband and two children over the weekend.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 35-year-old Donna Mae Vanderpool told her family she was going to shoot them and their dogs before pulling out a handgun and attempting to load the gun.
One of the victims grabbed the gun and was able to disarm Vanderpool.
Vanderpool was charged with three counts each of second degree misdemeanor simple assault, second degree misdemeanor recklessly endangering another person and first degree misdemeanor terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another.
She was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $750,000 bail.
