Binghamton University Liberty Partnership Program works with 360 high school and middle school students from Owego Apalachin, Binghamton, Susquehanna Valley and Union-Endicott school districts to help them set and achieve academic, social and emotional goals.
“Giving students the tools and support to achieve early in their academic careers sets them up for greater success in the future,” said Assemblyman Christopher Friend, a member on the New York Assembly Committee on Children and Families. “Caring staff at organizations like Binghamton University’s Liberty Partnership Program really make a difference with students. These students are passionate, bright and ready to take on the world – I can’t wait to see what they accomplish in the future,” said Friend,
Friend recently met with the Binghamton University students at thecstate capitol in Albany.
