A Corning woman’s been charged after allegedly leaving her screaming baby at home so she could go smoke weed with friends. 39-year-old Joy Edelmann was found asleep at the wheel of her car in front of her house on Davis Street. Investigators believe the mother had been out smoking marijuana with a friend. She is facing three counts of child endangerment, one count of marijuana possession, and one count of unlawfully growing cannabis.
