A Steuben County man is facing charges after he allegedly fled from law enforcement on a UTV on Friday.
According to the Village of Bath Police Department, 40-year-old Bath resident Chad Yeoman has been charged with unlawful fleeing of a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, aggravated unlicensed operator and other related charges and traffic violations.
Officers attempted to pull a UTV over on West Morris Street on Friday, but the driver did not stop.
The chase lasted for about 10 minutes before officers ended the pursuit for safety concerns.
After an investigation, the suspect was located and arrested on the charges.
Yeoman was issued appearance tickets to return to Bath Village Court at a later date.
