The race for Elmira City Court Judge went to Democrat Daniel J. Cain with 1,433 votes. Republican Jordan Yorke finished with 979 votes.
In the town of Chemung, George Richter will remain as Supervisor after picking up 237 votes, to 214 for Lois Mazzarese.
Dennis Brown and Marshall French earned the two Chemung Town Council seats, beating out Michael G. Bernatavitz.
In Horseheads, the race for two council seats went to Arthur Laurey and Donald Zeigler in a five-person field.
Timothy K. Steed and Daniel J Williams beat out two others for spots on the Southport Town Council on Tuesday.
