A large tractor trailer crashed and caught fire on Interstate 86 in Horseheads on Tuesday morning.
According to police, the accident occurred at around 6:30 a.m. when a 43-year-old driver from Mexico, New York hit a guardrail and lost control of the truck, which caught fire during the incident.
The driver was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
Police said no hazardous materials were involved in the accident.
Interstate 86 was back open by noon on Tuesday.
